Footings for previous deck failed due to unstable ground. Contractor dug test holes 4 feet deep and could’t reach bearing for new footings. Postech Screw Piles were installed to depths between 6 and 7 feet and didn’t require any digging or disturbance to tree roots.

6 x 6 height adjustable saddles were used so that pressure treated posts could be mounted on top of the piles.
