Underpinning Concrete Foundation
Concrete foundation did not have a footing and a large crack developed to the left of the crawlspace door. Asphalt Installation
Carbide bit was used to pre drill holes through asphalt to install screw piles for a deck. Holes 10 inches in diameter were drilled so there was a clean round hole for the screw pile to be installed. This did not cause any damage to the surrounding surface or require any digging.
Centre Beam Support for Covered Deck
Screw piles were installed to carry the centre beam for a 20 for wide deck. No digging was required and once the final heights are calculated the piles will be cut to level and Postech adjustable height beam saddles will be bolted to the top of the pile.
