Old growth forest of Cathedral Grove MacMillan Park is spectacular and for the new elevated boardwalks BC Parks chose Postech Piles as a low impact foundation solution for a very sensitive ecosystem. This site is very fragile and our screw piles protected the trees and root systems enabling a new boardwalk to be built for visitors to enjoy the ancient trees. Over 700,000 people a year visit this park and will use this new boardwalk.
